We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion, including in situations where a property presents unsafe conditions for our team.
Scheduling and Cancellations
We ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will notify you as early as possible and work with you to find the next available time.
Access to Property
You are responsible for providing safe and accessible entry to your property at the time of your scheduled service. If our team cannot access the property and you have not notified us in advance, this may be treated as a late cancellation.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If any part of your cleaning does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the specific areas of concern and does not constitute a full re-clean.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept the payment methods confirmed during booking. Repeated non-payment may result in suspension of service.
Liability
Real Clean Portland is fully bonded and insured. In the event of damage caused by our team during a cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours. We will review the claim and work toward a fair resolution.
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or conditions at the property
- Items not properly secured or stored before our arrival
- Damage resulting from faulty or aging fixtures, surfaces, or materials
Personal Property
Please secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before your scheduled cleaning. While our team takes care with every item in your space, we recommend not leaving items of significant monetary or sentimental value in areas being cleaned.
